Ho Ho Ho Thanks Mum!

Here we have my latest Tamiya acquisition.....to compliment my Mini Cooper Racing NIB....the brilliant Mini Cooper Monte Carlo '94, as driven by Timo Makinen.

Alec Isigonis knew what he was doing when he introduced the Mini to the world....and it changed the world. Transverse mounted engine with a front wheel drive set up, it changed the way small cars were made - after the Mini car manufacturers all started to switch from rear wheel drive to front wheel drive...for the added traction benefits and cheaper construction costs.....

The definitive cute car....the one and only Mini :)

I will be building this and using it as a light runner. My Mini Cooper Racing will be used more frequently. A brilliant front wheel drive set up for RC....a first for me!
