Ok continuing with the showroom tidy, here is the Ford F-150 Baja Version Pick-up!

I got this because I was impressed with my Desert Fielder and this is a good companion for it. If I spot more TA-02T Pick Ups I will be very tempted to buy them!

People have said this is a fragile chassis and breaks easily, but so far I haven't had a problem. I love how skiddy and power-slidey the Desert Fielder is.....so hopefully this one will be the same.

A nice touch is the white lettering on the tyre wall! Plus when I build mine I will airbrush the spare tyre from the outside to improve the effect!

Nice score!....I've had my F-150 since 2006, have run it hard for the last few years both on and offroad with a Hobbywing Brushless setup (the only vehicle in my collection with a brushless motor btw! - its in my showroom) without any problems so I certainly don't agree with the fragile chassis theory. I did strip the spur gear once but that was due to a combination of incorrect pinion mesh (my fault) and the power of a brushless motor and it was an easy fix. I love these trucks as they were well ahead of their time when they first came out.

Great looking truck and lots of fun. On-road, off-road, fast, slow or on the shelf - this truck does it all ! Enjoy the build, painting and the red stripe stickers are quite a challenge.
