This was one half of a special build as I was actually building 2 Honda City Turbos at the time.

One was a new bought Honda City Turbo, that I build to boxart specs and you can find in my showroom.

The other one, which is this one started out as a beaten up Wild Willy 2 that I've converted in this Honda City Turbo. I stripped down the Wild Willy 2 WR02 chassis and rebuild it to Honda City Turbo specs. Replaced all the broken parts and changed the parts that are needed for the Honda City Turbo wheels. Then started with new body parts and went for a green version of the normal red boxart theme. With a touch of Willys Wheeler in the decals.

Added a blue wheelie wheel, full set of rubber sealed metal bearings and white Tamiya short CVAs. For the electronics. It is running a Torque Tuned engine, a FlySky receiver and a Hobbywing Quickrun 1060 ESC. Wild Willy has a visor added and is done in a green theme. White lettering on the tyres. Special feature are the double rear roof spoilers.

Decals are a mix of the rere Honda City Turbo decals (mostly the blue parts) and a set of green Willys Wheeler decals by mciracing.ca (used mostly only the green decals as the blue was way off the blue of the original decal sheet).

And there you you have it, one mean green Honda City Turbo racer.

Looks real good, that green works well with that blue. I am betting someone has done them in Gulf livery as well as Castrol Livery, but searching on TC is not the easiest thing on the planet.

Thanks AndyjcClod, it is a great model so do get one.

TG Man. The green theme decals are available at mciracing.ca.

Thanks Crash, a Gulf or Castrol livery will also look cool!
