Willy's F1-style Racing Tractor!

Tamiya's Tumbling Bull doesn't seem to get many mentions. I guess a lot of people look at it and think it's a bit silly. Me, being mature and sensible and all that, I think it isn't silly enough.

I built one a while ago with Wild Willy driving - it was definitely daft but still not quite enough somehow. So again with the mature and sensible thing, and I decided that Wild Willy doesn't need a tractor.

No, Willy needs a F1-themed Racing Tractor... :)

The Bullhead exhaust and air cleaner are meant to add a bit of detail and help change the look while the 1/8th scale truggy wing adds a bit of purpose, or insanity...!
Willy decided that to make the racing theme work, he needed a proper F1 style disguise so he's kitted out as Seb Vettel. The Tumbling Bull body provides perfect locations for the Wild Willy gear lever and NOS bottle so they were fitted too. The figure needs some trimming to fit but it's not a lot of work. There's a micro-servo fitted inside the figure so his head turns with the steering.
Despite the look it's a pretty stock build, just the usual bearings, steel pinion, oil shocks and a flashy alloy wheelie bar. I'm tempted to widen it, particularly at the rear, but I'm happy enough with it for now.
