Again, really nice detail. Super build. Loud pipes save lives as we motorcycle riders say.

Looks simply stunning!

Yep- that's lovely, great paint job. Is that a J-man alloy front bumper? You can buy repro front JR tyres now (really excellent quality). Loving the mirrors also - are they alloy?
Great job all round fella - well done

Thanks man. Yes you're right with the front bumper.
I have the original repro JR front tyres from hwpeterl but no time till now to paint and mount them.
The mirrors are plastic with chrome, no alloy. They are from Tamiya Alfa Romeo Giulia but fit and looks perfectly at the bug.

Awesome work, as you can probably guess a good looking scorcher always puts a smile on my face..
I'm in need of good painter if you know someone do let me know Your photography is also good. Looking forward to seeing your next project, hopefully another SRB

A cool bug with an original paint job, really nice work.

Great details in the rear window! How did you make the rear window?
It even seems to have heater wires like original VW windows!
Top work!

Thank you all for your enthusiasm.
The rear window is a piece of clear lexan heated with a heat gun and bent with hand around a fitting piece of wood. The heater wires you can see are simple scratches with my scalpel. I stucked a few strips of electrical tape on and scratched fine lines with the scalpel along them. That's all.

Love it

Thanks for all of your comments. Actually I'm waiting for some little 'parts'. My scorcher told me he don't want to be alone in the future. So, what should I say...Let me see what I can do.
