Nearly threw it away...

I bought a joblot of Wild Willy 2 bits which included a broken bodyshell. It was too badly damaged to repair (front smashed, one side damaged) so the useful bits were removed and the shell sat in my spares box for ages. I nearly threw it away but kept thinking it might be useful one day. Then an idea happened...

After some cutting, parts-bin raiding, painting, head-scratching and swearing, this is the result. It's kinda nice as a little display piece and hopefully makes a good base for displaying and photographing figures. I had a bit of a clever moment (IMHO!) and made the front removeable to get a nice head-on shot of the driver.

I know it's a bit of a daft idea, but I like it anyway! :D
