another shelf queen - Porsche 956 Rothmans.

Have collected the parts for this one for quite a while and was so happy when I finally had everything that I needed to start the build. The Black Motor Endurance l is brand new from Kalfakis in Greece and the period correct speed controller from the US.
All black plastic parts have been replaced with carbon reinforced ones from Tamiya's RM01 series. Only one of the front body posts is missing and I have used an 'alternative' aluminum part. The body kit is a rere Newman with MCI decals to replicate the glorious Rothmanns livery
Unfortunately, it's stored in a box 17.000 km away in my basement in Germany and I'm in Australia. Have taken it out to look at Christmas 2019 for the last time and was about to ship it to me in OZ but then . . . . . .
