Mud Blaster - Subaru Brat

This was the second Mud Blaster I owned - the first was my very first Tamiya Car! Fun truck to run, had to be careful with the gearbox as after a while with a higher power motor the gears started slipping. Rear oil shocks improved this one but could have done with them at the front to stiffen it up as they have a habit of rolling under extreme cornering that easily damages the shell at the mounting points. I reinforced the shell with a thin strip of metal between the rear mounts that stopped the cracking. My original had a running shell with red/green LED lights I made by stripping them out of an old Casio keyboard so I could run it an night.
