Truely the first buggy I ever wanted
This one came to me from the same owner as the Monster Beetle that I recently listed here in my showroom. This one was also very dirty and enjoyed back in its day. I stripped everything down, cleaned everything, replaced some plugs and connectors, and rebuilt it back to glory with some new parts and new bearings throughout. This one is completed in Box Art, as apposed to my re-re which I completed in the colours I envisaged back as a teenager when I listed after this buggy. Really happy with the results here, the Frog is an icon.

Great restoration, such a classic buggy.

Thanks for the comments, this is a classic example of how what looks like a lost cause, being turned into a great survivor with just a little bit of elbow grease

Agree, my frog was an elbow grease resto.

Beautiful job! A worthwhile labor of love and something I did with an original Hornet a few years ago. Love it!
