I was finally able to get a majority of my collection out and give them a good cleaning recently. Owning Tamiya's from your childhood never gets old! Next up to build: Hornet, Black Edition Grasshopper, Boomerang, Brat & Nova Fox!
Awesome collection!! But can't help think how cool does the hopper look! Something about that simple budget classic! Hehe but all fantastic classic buggies and finished to a great standard!
Thanks guys! The Fox is probably my favorite. I received an original Fox in the summer of 1985 for my 13th birthday. Still have it (sitting next to the BigWig). Since then I have purchased 2 more, one restored, one restored and modified to drive. Also have a NIB original Fox and a Nova Fox I need to build. Second would be my Supershot. Purchased the one sitting in the front next to the Chevy truck in the summer of '86. I mowed dozens of yards to save it to buy it! At the end of the day, I really love all of them!
