Tamiya TGX Mk.1 Calsonic GT-R

One of my favorites, and a somewhat special TGX model is the 44004 Calsonic GT-R.
Although not the most exciting body of the TGX line, the chassis has a special feature due to its engine: the engine used here with its mounted cooling fan is called OPS VR15S-FV and is unique because it was only used with the 44004 kit. Furthermore, only this kit 44004 uses a chassis plate which is provided with an enlarged cutout to meet the space requirements of the engine's cooling fan.
The model shown here is in unused new condition and due to its originality rather rare to find. Only thing i added are tire lettering (please forgive the incorrectness of the brand) and a couple of panel-lines to add a little more realism.
