OK, so it's not a Tamiya, but it's still a very much sought-after kit.

I had more than a few of these back in the old days, before they were discontinued. They never stayed NIB for long, always got opened up with a week or two of buying. Unfortunately, and I suppose because we always thought these would be available forever, they never got used cautiously. We'd just let rip with them and tear them around. Even the ones that got hung neatly on the wall ended up down the pan.

Well it's true that we don't appreciate what we've got until it's gone.

I've been absolutely desperate for these to be re-released, and at last my needs have been met - they are back on the shelves at last!

I've been holding on as long as I can but I can't keep this one NIB forever, so I'm going to have to sit down comfortably and open up the pack.

Only question is - should I go with boxart colours or custom?

Funny - but very true. At least you can relax that your creativity is intact ! Well done that fella.

I think you'll have no choice but to go with a nice retro brown colour for the paint job

To open or not to open, that is the question?
But rest assured once you do you can put it all behind you.
