Mazda 2 and 2 Mini Bodies
My first preowned purchase from ebay.
I wanted to try an M-05 chassis with a Mini body and just happened to chance upon this.
It came with the completed but unused (no body post holes) Mazda 2 body and 2 Mini bodies. The red one being the better of the 2.
The chassis is in excellent condition and looks brand new. It was also built with metal bearings.
Just needed a receiver and battery. Had to swap out the ESC as the motor wouldn't turn. I think it might be down to the previous owner shortening the cables from the ESC as they have black heatshrink on them. I will investigate that later.
Got some Mini Cooper alloys and now have a nice little runner.
I also have a Mini body from L&L Models that has massive arches. Has anyone any experience with these?
The L&L Body will need some wider tyres/wheels or some way of 'pushing out' the current set. Any suggestions?

I had wondered what these bodies would look like with the arches removed or just the ‘lip’ like an older Mini - now I know! How far do the wheels stick out from the body? I bought some 3mm hexes to try and bring them in but have never tried them.
