So my brother and I have always had a love for datsuns especially 240z and 510. There is no cooler livery than the BRE. I like to make models that look like they could have come from the kit. So i started with a Tamiya TT01 E type and took a Tamiya rally body shell and made the BRE spoiler from Styrene. Because of this and wanting to fill the headlights - I had HOURS of Body work and while its not perfect, I am pretty pleased up to this point!
Thanksgiving was always BOND movies, booze, beer and RC!
Not complete but coming along! I have to say - I love the Bre Livery on Tamiya Club and hope y'all enjoy this one as much I enjoyed yours!

Great idea and execution! Agreed....These Datsuns/Nissan coupes are iconic which explains their very loooong run and multiple reincarnations by Nissan.

Thanks everyone - I really learned a lot doing this one. I just got an M07 pro kit with a Datsun 510 body (in the mail) to make a bluebird 510 , might as well - already have the decals!
