Hi all I've finally bit the bullet and done a tribute to rad22's scorcher shell , rad was an exceptional talent and was taken from us way to early may he R.I.P. ,
He was always ready to give advice and was a true gent he is dearly missed on Tamiya club.
I always loved the community scorcher shell that he done with Steve's interior and then it made its way to Tamiya HQ great story with Chris presenting it at Tamiya in Japan anyway this is my attempt to re-create that great looking shell which is great for showing off your chassis and I hope rad will approve looking down from above :)

Remember so well the TC community Scorcher from when I joined TC here. Rad was truly belonging to TC with his great ideas and stuff. He would be proud of the Tribute shell for sure! Great collection you have there!

We will all miss rad he was a one off top talent second to none and I’m sure his work will always be remembered may he rest in peace.

Don’t much comment or get involved on TC anymore , but will always have time to chime in with anything to do with Rad , such a gentleman who always had time for everybody regardless .

Amazing work, and a nice tribute to Rad! He was a true inspiration, and I'm still reminded of him and his great work when looking at many of my models that carry his signature parts.
