My growing 1/32 mini 4wd collection. At the moment, I have the Bigwig RS, Boomerang, Turbo Optima Mid, Thundershot with polycarbonate body and added driver, Avante 30th anniversary with driver, modified Hotshot MS body on Type 1 chassis.
Excellent 1:32 buggy collection its amazing how collectable these are!
Did you paint in all the extra details on these? Great job they look really detailed and realistic!
I can't pick a favourite love them all!
These are very nicely done! They are all look great, but I'd like to hear more about your 'modified' hotshot. I ahdn't noticed until now how different the more recent hotshot bodies were …
@MAD=BEE, Thanks. I did all the mods and painting. As I have the 1/10 cars, its easier to get a better reference. This small kits can be very satisfying to built.
@Bwaaatch, Thanks for the comments, The original 18624 Hotshot MS body is missing the lower half body. I didn't like the whole look. So, I had to fabricate the new lower half with polycarbonate and mated with the Type 1 chassis of course. Keep it as vintage as possible. The 1/32 Avante wheels on ebay are amazing!
Nice haul of 1/32’s. I’m a fan of these, but haven’t been able to bring myself to build mine yet. I wish I could find my original Hornet, Fox and Pajero from back in the day
Thanks mtbkym01, Yes, I did have the old vintage 1/32 hornet, monster beetle, orange hilux. Regretted that I broke them as a kid. I wish Tamiya will start to rerelease more of the vintage 1/32's.
