Tyrrell P34 Original
Had this car for 4 years now so thought about time to add to my own showroom.
Car was from Kougercat and he did an amazing job as always on this one so was delighted to get it for my Birthday back then.
This car is a must have for any vintage collector and this one is just stunning - made from mainly NIP parts Kevin told me back then including:
Rare training gearbox, Chassis, Original NIB body set, Wheels & Tyres, Gearset, MSC, Ni-cad tray, Steering set & Linkages, Rear axle, All screws, Nuts & washers. Bumper is used but only minor marks and took some hunting I believe.
Car also has a near minty Acoms Mk2 set.
Cars 4 wheel steering set-up always fascinated me.
I have used some of mine and some of Kevins photos of the car to really show the quality of its finish.
Hope you like

You've done a great job documenting that car, really nice photos. That gear box looks far more complicated than I would have thought for the time period. I not only remember these coming out - one of our club members had one, but I also remember the actual car itself, very unique.

Thanks Hedge - yes design classic - shame it didn't last that long on the track I believe but Tamiya have done their bit to keep it alive wirh the re-releases.
Boy on our street had one and then I got my scorcher so has always been very high on my wishlist and delighted to have this stunning example
Many thanks

Oh, that extra gearbox is a training gearbox. didn't realise that. Thanks for pointing that out. The Tyrrell 6-wheeler was the second car in my collection. Like you said: a must have. Yours looks perfect. Love it!

Cheers Koen - yes very lucky to have this guy, had one before this which was nice but this one is on a different level. Love all the differences in these early cars even though they are basically pretty simple.
