I picked this figure up at a boot sale - he is bigger than the Wild Willy Junior figure and smaller than the normal size Willy. Does anyone know what it came from?

Odd isn’t it. My best guess was some cheap Tamiya clone lookalike?

You're probably right. The two blue stars reminds of Tamiya but are not an exact copy. Typical for a cheap clone.
