Dad was jealous...

It's a cool little truck so I started building another, hoping that she'd let me keep this one!
I'd also built one for a friend, with a white chassis and lots of bling aluminium parts and that was definitely an influence.
The blue aluminium parts are all Yeah Racing - posh wheelie bar, shocks and shock towers. The front bumper is an Active RC item (Active seem to have disappeared but Yeah Racing now make the same bumper).

I wanted to keep the blue and white theme for the body too. The metallic blue doesn't quite match the alloy bits, but it's close enough for me. And some bling for the body too, a Tamiya surf board on some basic roof rails finish it off.

Of course you all know who's driving! In his matching blue & white gear too. I had to add a basic interior and some NOS bottles to make him feel at home.
