Merry Christmas Tamiya Club members! Here is my submission for the Christmas photo competition. The Blazing Blazer was a favorite of mine ever since I saw it on display in a glass cabinet at a local hobby toy store in the summer of 1983 (I was 11 years old). Finally found this one in 2012, but spent nine years researching, designing and collecting parts for this custom build. I'm not to be a show off, but given my love for this particular Tamiya model, I do love to show it off. I hope everyone enjoys and I hope all Tamiya members have a wonderful holiday season!

Oh yeah. Beautiful work. Perfect image. The waves make it look 1:1 scale.

I live in Texas, but shot was taken in Destin, Florida. I always wanted to shoot some pics with it on the beach.
