Terra Scorcher Re-Release

I picked up this NIB kit a month ago in a sale as the price and value for money was just too good to pass up. When you consider that you get universal drive shafts all round, 21 ball bearings, adjustable turnbuckles throughout, and front and rear stabilizers it starts to make a lot of sense as a runner. I had a set of VQS shocks doing nothing as well as a new set of Avante wheels so I've fitted those, although I'll likely use the kit supplied wheels when I get around to running it. It's the first of this chassis series that I've ever built and I really enjoyed how it all went together. I addressed the A5 part weakness issue by fitting stainless steel shafts and circlips in place of the supplied screw set as many other people do. I decided to paint the shell in PS-59 rather than PS-4 as I really like that dark blue metallic colour, and it makes the decals really pop especially the yellow. I backed the blue in PS-12 silver.
