Well I've been using dumborc 2.4ghz for a while now been switching from 27mhz and 40mhz due to modernising. A friend recommended dumborc ,range is great and responsive and a decent selection of receivers the reciever I chose was x6dcg which has gyro function works extremely well makes anyone look pro even with the most unruly car and its variable from the handset too just adjust channel 6 . But with this receiver it has a built-in lights function that works well too ,you just use resisted leds as the outputs are at least bec voltage ,has lights ,brake light, indicators, reversing light even has a flashing light function which could be used for beacons ive bought 15 of these so far they are pricey on amazon between                £25/35 but those who look elsewhere can be gotten much cheaper heres a YouTube video that explains functions https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=yENVoRR_Y2I please watch

This is what I have left outta 15 for the moment

I use Dumborc transmitter/receiver also but not this one yet. Didn't know these existed, thanks for sharing! Two questions. Do you know if the plug on the LED's that plug in the Tamiya TLU-01 fit these receivers? With resisted LED do you mean the ones you can plug directly into a free receiver channel like these: [Click here]

I dont think those will work ive been using prepared leds with resistors in line like these [Click here] there rated for 12v and I use these male jst plugs [Click here] to plug in just shave the lumps off the side or you can't use sockets next to each other and the light plug into 2x6 pin side radio gear In the 3x6 side the red jst plug on tamiya speed controllers plugs in on the radio gear side in any channel to power hope this helps also there's a guy on utube that explains the functions better than I could just search for x6dc or x6dcg
