Lunch Box Pink

My wife's first RC is finished. She requested the pink color and I added the silver stripe to give it a more sporty look. This will have a few decals soon. These photos show the body work as it happened with the paints I used.

These four trucks are a dream come true :) She has this Lunch Box, I have the Midnight Pumpkin, and the kids have the Black Foot and Monster Beetle.

1 1 The upside down container has primer to test paint I used primer, plaint and a few clear coats.

Mate that sure looks sweet! The Frog made pink cool many years ago and this LB has a lot of pink but love it and the silver looks right too! Be interesting to see how you go with the decals!

Thank you! I saw this stripe look with other colors and loved the simple look. Masking the door creases to keep the silver from running is tricky and needed a little touch up with pink by brush before the clear coat.

Thank you! It’s certainly a very happy color. I used a white primer. A gray primer may make it a shade darker.
