King Mudblaster
I have had this sat in the loft for ages, I was never really a fan of the red wheels and Ford body/decals. My first plan was to build as boxt art but then had a change of heart and thought what will it look like with the brat body on. Perfect in my view. Fits using factory body mounts of the KBF. Chrome hop up KBF wheels and front bumper mount from the original blackfoot/frog so I could mount the original bumper. Painted in Vauxhall blue with an MCI alternate colour stripe only. Decided to keep it minimal. If you want to see this running check out tamiya101 instagram as its first outing was a meet up with my old pals in Wales and we gave the cars a good old thrashing including this one.. Awesome

Thanks all, really pleased how it came out. Lovely truck to run.

Looks great, can I ask what shocks you’re using on it?
zakspeed
Thanks Steffen, yeah they are 3 Racing shocks. Just what I had laying around. From memory they were for a df03. Work really well on this and choose them due to colour.

It's beautiful!! And the location of your photos is gorgeous too
Looks amazing! Love the color on a brat boday. How did you mount the front bumper? Did you cut out the the two parts that contain the front wishbone mounts?
zakspeed
Hi yes, I cut the two halves to allow fitment of the standard blackfoot bumper mount and had to remove the tie bar mountings as there is no room. Thanks for the comments. One of my favourite runners is this one..
