Boxed, never run, mint shelf queen, OCD Tamiya hop up build.
I originally had one of these in 1997 but as I was only 10 at the time I smashed it to pieces!
Found this on eBay as built (to a fairly poor standard but with a mint box and everything with it) and proceeded to totally rebuild it with a load of hop ups. Everything NIB, mainly Tamiya. Built mainly as an homage to the promotional image Tamiya used at the time. Mainly period correct parts.

- Tamiya Super Stock RZ motor
- Tamiya TRF Flourine coated dampers
- Tamiya 2400 racing pack
- GPM front Alloy hubs
- Stabilisers (can't recall the brand)
- Tamiya 49121 TA03 stabilizer stopper
- Tamiya 53312 Carbon stabilizer plate
- Tamiya 53315 Carbon reinforcing plate
- Tamiya AdSpec Plus controller
- Tamiya C. P. R unit(P-160F)
- Tamiya TP-S148 servo
- Tamiya 3 piece wheels (offset on the kit wheels is totally wrong)
- Tamiya Slick tyres
- Ball raced
This shell doesn't always seem to get much love but with the right wheels / fitment it looks great.
