Its fatal checking ebay while picking your daughter up from school
So while sat in the car waiting for my daughter to collect from school. I check ebay and whats finishing on an auction in less than 5 mins than this. It was sat at £170, So threw a cheeky last minute bid and won it for £260 which I think is a bargain. I didnt think the seller would send it but they did and arrived in perfect condition. I already have a mint restored original so not sure ill build this. Plenty of other projects to start.

Thanks madbee, agree, cool buggy and I really enjoyed restoring my original. Just waiting on a reissue Scorcher to turn up then I'll be upto date with my showroom on my kits. Sorry but you're not building this one ??

These are great, and agreed it was a fab price. I built one when they first got re released, 2012 I think it was or something like that, and when another batch was announced 3 years ago, got my pre order in with Fusion Hobbies which with TC subscriber discount meant I got it for about the same price you paid. This and my NIB Buggy Champ are awaiting the build process at some point in the future. Will you add any extras? I just shelled out on one of those RC Channel metal kits for the Buggy Champ, so interested to see what that’s like. Anyway, a great addition to your showroom, and another example of how smartphones, eBay and sometimes alcohol on top will always cost you money! Have fun with it.
