Bought this when they were first released, finally got it built. I've had some re-produced BF8/9 parts and blue Rod Ends waiting for me to get into it. Having these parts really finishes off the look as its original look is so iconic. I added a SuperStock BZ, HW1060 and metal geared servo for the running gear. Kept the under guard clear as I didn't want to hide the Carbon Fibre chassis. Went through my paint supplies and had a new tin of PS41 bright silver, so this one is box art. Some tyre lettering and blue wheel nuts to finish it off.

Iol coloured wheel nuts are just such a cheap but effective extra! Stunning Egress mate!

So true James, I almost always change the wheel nuts to colours that suit my scheme

I personally think this original looks so much better than the 'black edition.' I'm a black over silver kinda person, but in this case, silver wins!! Looks lovely mate!!

absolutely beautiful! I love the fact you've managed to replicate the original look with the repro parts - it just looks so 'proper' - lovely job mate!

Stunning!! I built my 2013 Egress as it came with the black rod ends, but I have to say it looks a lot better with the blue ones as the original. I may have to change mine out one day now I've seen yours!! A lovely build.
