I've had a lot of Top Forces but always wondered what was so different about the Evo so I bought one,
As it turns out there isn't much difference to the other top forces I've owned (yes I fitted one way diff's in a lot of my top forces in the past),
the carbon fibre chassis, is so nice looking that I'm worried about wear on the back of the chassis due to the top forces under cowl always being a little to short in my opinion,
Over all a nice buggy but why oh why tamiya did you fit such a cheap 540 motor (and yet they can fit a Torque tuned in a TT02B that costs a lot less ? )

I love the top force and the Evo has added the extra pinch of tamiya magic to make a great buggy even greater! But do agree the evo should of come with a sport tuned or own GT tuned motor would of been really nice!

So true, it’s screaming out for a nicer motor to be included in the kit. Lovely build there though, the Evo looks great

Thank you Mad-bee & mtbkym01 I personally think with something like the Evo they could of put a GT tuned motor in & got some stickers made up and had like a top force GT tuned evo motor printed on them, when you think this is a £300 kit and it comes with a silver can and the Plasma edge 2 at under half the price comes with a torque tuned motor as standard,
That said I am looking for a better motor for the Evo.
