This is a second Jan 2025 showroom entry for this new built kit, this time with a change of engine.
The first build included the Tamiya FS-15RS and related TM-2 vertical manifold and muffler. This has been swapped with the O.S. Max 15LD-X engine, and the e-1000 silencer which was specifically designed to work with this engine for Tamiya TGX chassis cars (you can see this in the e-1000 instruction sheet which is included in the photos). In my view this set up looks better suited to the chassis than the Tamiya option, purely from a visual perspective, because the O.S. engine looks more compact being on is on its side (which is what the LD denotes, Lay Down, with the X indicating this is the pull start version).
