This is the car I always thought the Supershot _should_ have been. I built a Hotshot with all the good Supershot options such as ball bearings, independent suspension and two antennas. I kept the original Hotshot look, but more like the box art-work, with the gold wheels. Then the body is actually a metallic paint. It doesn’t really show as nice in pictures as it sometimes does under the right light conditions. Power of course provided by a RX-540VZ Technigold (no rubber bag to hide it). This is one of the few built cars that I have that actually does NOT have a full RC system built in. I figured that if you were to run this car, it would be regulated by an ESC. I couldn’t see the point of actually installing an expensive ESC in a car that I would never drive anyways. There is of course a brand new steering servo for the well known reason. (a period Acoms remote set, NIB, is 'reserved' for this car, but the receiver and second servo are still in the box)

The whole car is built using 100% brand new, original Tamiya parts.

Power has never been applied You can _almost_ see it's metallic red... Second car from the right, notice the darker color With NIB acoms remote
