Got myself an abused RR shell in exchange for some stickers and a rather special chassis from Twinset and decided to build me a RR runner. The front was reconstructed out of plastic card and i is probably stronger than the original now ;)

Quickly sprayed it in matt bumper black to take to the spring driver but didn't get it finished in time so it didn't go. Finally got around to doing some more this week and I'm quite pleased. Still things to fo like spot lights etc and the wheels are a mixture and a bit ropey but still its only a runner. I know the Fat wheels up the front spoils the handling but I just think they make it look more aggressive.
I quite like the matt finish but I might end up giving a clear coat to protect my flag finish

Special - could catch on... and it all started here...

How long did it take to mask off the flag? or is that a sticker? looks great and original too.

Hello, how did you get rough rider tyres on the front? If anyone could tell me it would be much appreciated, regards, peter.
