What can I say , its taken me about a year (on and off) to finish it , the chassis is ultra simple , the body isn't . the body took a lot of preperation before any paint to remove moulding lines etc , then after paint a lot of polishing . there are 2 really tough jobs on this car, no 1 is detailing the black parts which I chose to spray , the time it takes to mask this is incredible (about 4 hours solid) . no 2 is glueing the main window in , after much hassle I have found it is best to scuff the area's to be glued on the window and the body (I chose the A &C pillars) and then use 5 min epoxy and 4 small clamps , its a very tricky job to say the least . This is one of my favourite cars now , its built using all original parts - boxed bodyset , silver wheels painted !

Great job on your Countach. Looking at your masking job is the very reason I haven't finished my countach off. That is a lot of masking for so little black. But to get the best finish you must spray it
