All Alloy TB01

This is an on/off project I made the chassis at work from T6 aircraft alloy, (I make planes for a living), after chain drilling and filing I got it sprayed with rubber, cut out parts of the rubber mask then Chemically etched to remove some metal, i.e. battery slots. To this the TG10/TB01 running gear was added. I did race this chassis once but it was still too heavy and was replaced with the Carbonfibre Chassis set. I hope to build it into a sort of Mini Monster Truck. more pictures to follow...

2008 now has new SWB chassis covered in blue sticky backed plastic (Fablon). Propshaft shortened and I am looking to fit M type suspension arms and dogbones. Chassis is the same as a MO3
