My 2nd attempt to paint hard body shells...

I decided to have a Wild Willy 2 as I read from time to time fellow members' descriptions about how much fun this car is. As I never played wheelies car before, I guess this is a good one to start with. (having also read the steering of Pumpkin is nightmare?..not sure) The assembling took me 2 evenings but the painting just seemed never ending. There are just too many details that one could work on the shell. I painted Willy and the body differently as I was trying to practise painting more before I'd move on to some older kits. I am quite satisfied at the outcome, esp. the camouflage, but indeed it could be even better had I not lost my patience over some tiny bits.... I do realize now the spray angle is quite critical for a nice camouflage look... As this one is going to be my runner, I guess I am done for this one and would start enjoying wheelies for quite a while before I lay my hands on new project.

Nice paint job you've done there. The driver looks like he's ready to shift into high gear.
