Bought off TC member, great runner, slippery rear end
I love the full scale version of this car, so I had to get the Tamiya r/c version. I bought this on eBay from SNollan just over a year ago and it is a great runner. I had to glue the tires on because it would slip right out of them on hard turns. I bought some heavy duty wheels with tires premounted from Mike_Caz and they look pretty cool. The black wheels will allow me to fit the new original rubber onto the silver wheels as they are suffering from dry rot already. I upgraded to CVA shocks for various road conditions in the future. Ball bearings everywhere. I would like to make this an entry in a TamiyaChampion race, if they ever make it to Texas. I have a NIB body set ready to paint. I am thinking Suzuka blue, or Yellow. If there were a cockpit piece I would definately paint it the first year color combo that emulated the Porsche Boxter with a siver/beige exterior and a burnt red interior. What do you think???
Here it is running around with hasty red paint job Here are the only two road cars I own, for now!!!

Nice car, you are clearly a man of highly developed taste And that back end is slippery isn't it? I think you should paint it black.....

Well, yeah, okay. If I owned a black one like you, I would paint my spare body black, but, I like Blue and want to own a Blue one when I grow up.
