The Worlds Best Rally Car

This is the very first Tamiya I actually built from kit form in 1993, foolishly thinking I knew better than Tamiya and painting it from the outside of the shell! Looks awful. Just love the balance of the TA01 chassis on dry, loose gravel...Fun on a Stick! The chassis has seen considerable action with Escort Cosworth and 1993 Castrol Celica bodies and still runs great,after 17 years, a VERY tough chassis. I fitted a new Sport Tuned motor a couple of years ago and have new servo's and receiver.
Try to treat it as carefully as possible, here's to another 17 years!!.
