The chassis that I've used for this monster truck project, based again on the Juggernaut 2 transmission, is a prototype that I used during the Jug Eater develop. Who has take a look at my Jug Eater description, knows that the research beside that project was very long. To test the various suspensions setup for my final project, I built this frame, laser-cutted from a 2mm duraluminium sheet and bolted together with aluminium bars and stainless steel screws. After the testing, I left this frame in a box, but around one year ago I found a used Juggernaut 2 without body that needs some workaround. So I decided to use the transmission, combined with the Jug Eater prototype frame, to assemble my second project based on the Juggernaut. To cover all the scratch of the duraluminium frame (I tortured it a little during the Jug Eater tests..) I choose this red powder coating finish. Like the Jug Eater, I turned the suspension bars from a solid piece of 7075 Ergal. I use the TXT-1 bumpers/servo holders and cantilevers, and Kyosho 6.8mm stainless steel ball connectors (my favourites for monster truck projects) and dampers. To hold the battery I recycled some pieces from the TA03F-pro chassis with some modifications (now can hold both 6 or 7 cells batteries). Since I don't like very much the standard Jug tires (too little resistance to rollover, due to the rounded profile) I glued to the rims four Kyosho tires from an electric USA-1 that I purchased via Ebay from master21_it (Thanks!).
I purchased this used Pro-Line body to dress my project, in fact I didn't like it much, but its job is to protect the frame, and is more than enough for that.. (maybe I'll try to add some decals to increase the overall look). The off-road tests that I've done were very positive, I will add some action pics the next time I will drive the car. UPDATE: Added tamiya flare-type stickers to the body.

Glad You appreciate xrayal! Go to 'Hugernaut - Part 2' for a few pics of the chassis, I'll add a few ones more since I fixed the front/rear body post, and added swaybars to reduce chassis roll.
