my sand toy :)

my intension was to build a custom rock crawler from the axles and sell the rest of the kit when i bought the car. but when i started to build the axles i couldn't resist to finish the truck. i locked the diff's and put in a locked ta04 standard diff instead of the ball diff (because i had a crawler in mind), installed 5 million ball bearings, modified the chassis, built custom 4-links and was *****ed of when i placed the decals on the body.
the decals are the worst i have ever seen on a tamiya car. they are made of a very think film and they won't stick well on curved surfaces.
anyway, thanks to the locked diffs the car climbs very well and it fun to drive. i have found some carson wheels, to make the car run more stable and mounted proline sand paws tires. big fun to drive on deep sand.
