Got this off ebay in a bit of a state, not working. I think they were made in the early 1980's, came with the original radio gear (3 selectable frequencies) check out that transmitter!!!! Now cleaned up and the body is nearly stripped. Now running, it's fast for an older model! Now Sold

I recently saw the Mazda RX-7 version of this chassis. Was this sold as a kit?

I doubt it. This model was the only highend Procision model that was created to compete with the hobby grade market. I always thought that they were others out there.
