My soon to be runner sand scorcher

Put this together a little while after my ranger from the parts i had got left a lot of parts for thes dont sell for much, sometimes items fetch a lot other times things seem to make next to nothing for example, the complete radio tray with very nicely done repairs plus a complete and brand new monster beetle shell plus fibre glass chassis and aluminum plate plus some other spares cost me just over 30 pound shell or radio tray have to worth that on there own. Steering link rod was in this plus an ariel for my mk1 accoms ap227 transmitter a true bargain.i have fitted the holiday buggy rims these came from a load of wheels and tyres i won on ebay .the body shell this is fitted with came from another auction win it was poor condition and the paint went wrong after i done the white on it. Wont ever use pound shop masking tape again stuck to much.White paint was the wrong type and looks awfull green was ok but is now nothing special i have the door handles and the vw badge i will be runnning it with this shell can not be bothered to repaint it not sure how to paint the monster beetle shell so will leave it unused and unpainted for now .as soon as i get the set of camlocks from ebay i won i will install radio gear standard motor and off road pinion fitted still like my ranger more but have grown to like the sand scorcher a lot .I just need to rebuild the 4 batterys i have with new cells .cant wait to seee this thing swim .
