Here is my last project (largely announced as You could see in step 1). This second step include the front and rear custom made supports for the Juggernaut-1 plastic body, and the body restoring. The body supports are laser-cutted from a 1mm sheet of stainless stell, and replicate the same 'Tilt-bed' battery access used for the Juggernaut. I recycled the same rear body post and hasps with a little modification to do the job. The Jug plastic body cames from a used juggernaut-1 that I purchased to realize my 'jug-eater' project. The body was in very bad condition, with deep scratchs, breaks in the rear bed and in the bonnet, and lost parts in the front grille and bumper bindings. The paint work was terrific too. I set aside the body until I start this TLT-based project. I wanted to build something with a plastic body after my 'jug-eater' and 'hugernaut' projects, and the Jug were standing in a box waiting to be restored. First I work on the chromed parts to remove all the scratchs, rebuild the bindings of the bumper, and re-painted them with a chrome-look paint. Then I sink the front and rear bodies in brake fluid for about 2 months to remove the (multi-layered...) previous paint job. Then I have a hard work with sand-paper, epoxy, putty, primer and paints to obtain the final result. This is one of my very first plastic-body restoring, and I'm pretty proud of how it look now. Sorry I didn't shoot some pics of the body before the whole work, it will be my first task in the next plastic-body restoring. For the livery, I choose a plain 'TS-10' french blue paint job, I really like how it look with the chromed parts. In fact I must admit that due to the log restoring process and the lovely result, I won't run this car very much...

very very cool mate. Love the colour and the style - but it could do with beigger wheels

Thanks mate, the original project includes bigger wheels/tires (from a Mad Bull) but the wheel openings of the Jug body are too small for them, reducing the suspension travel. That's why I left the smaller TLT wheels

Thanks for Your tips guys, however I disassembled the project since I was unhappy with it.The car handles really bad during corners and under accellerations, so I will change the suspension geometry, use different swaybars, lower the Jug body and the battery and install smaller (YES smaller) wheels and tires. This modifications would improve stability, on the bad side probably I'll dispense some wheel travel..
