To be wrapped up and stored.....

I've managed to collected all the parts I need to make a box art shelf queen display Hilux! Other than the Body, axles, gearbox, radio box and wheels (which are all in A1 condition) everything else is NIP! I've got a new decal set for the body so I may strip the already very good paint and repaint it.

I am building a (careful) runner Hilux at the moment (painted Toyota Dark Metallic Blue - with TC Grey/Silver Decals) which is coming out rather well, so I am going to double it as a display model next to this box. I am getting such a buzz putting my first runner Hilux together that I don't want to dilute that feeling by building this straight after. So I am planning on keeping all this wrapped up and stored for for another 20 years or so.....
