Traded and Restored SOLD
This Rough Rider came into my collection when I traded some plastic kits with Tamiyaclub Member Pat*1, Thanks Pat.
It was mostly complete and came with some decals.
Pat also supplied many new in bag parts to help me restore this car.
A complete strip down, polish and replate of parts was done to the chassis. The rear cage was broken so this had to be repaird.
The body was stripped down to bare plastic , all cracks and damage was repaired with filler.
Auto acrylic paint was used to spray body, then masked and the blue sprayed on.
The decals that I had would just make the blue version on the box art.
All this was left to dry and then clear coated and polished down to a mirror finish as usual.
I will never get bored with SRB restorations but I think I have enough now !!!
