Looks like a Kyosho Ultima to me...You may have some mod bits (Hotstick) on there, hard to tell with just one pic. Get some more and from different angles, might be able to judge it better. By the looks of those different bodyposts seems it may have a different body on it. Plus you got those Platinum shocks which is a Kyosho aftermarket dampers..

Most of it looks like Kyosho Ultima,wheels are a give away,it has under gone some serious modification though.

Could be one of the variations of the Kyosho Ultima chassis.
That looks like a Kyosho Turbo Ultima with a aftermarket 'Hot Trick' chassis and some type of aftermarket front bumper and Para body mounts.
