When I first saw these trucks, I really wasn't overly enthralled by them. The lovely chassis and suspension setup all masked by a somewhat ugly bodyshell and ghastly oversized tyres. After seeing them run a few times, I realised just what a great buggy they actually are - they are light, quick, handle well and are very well engineered. The super smooth and efficient drivetrain meaning they are very quick around a circuit. They also seem to be fairly benign handlers as well. I bought this one at Kidderminster 2005. I am not sure if it's new built or restored, but it's not been run since being (re)built - lovely piece. The black bodyshell looks a bit funky as well...!

Before anyone says anything, no, I am not blaming Moosey for this purchase, nor the purchase of my Mini-T. :)
***UPDATE*** This truck has been sold back to Evoman

The black is wicked, and I realy like the DB wheels... Are they touring car (2') size or buggy (2.2') size..? Looks like that's gonna be a fun ride in any case...

I expect the wheels are 2.2' but I am not sure.

I can vouch for Mooseys comments, another one he let me have a go with and i commented on it being the best car i'd driven around Kidd. It has the speed and agility of a 2wd buggy but extra stability and resiliance over the bumps and jumps due to the extra width and bigger wheels/tyres. Very very nice purchase Roop. I love this colour scheme as well.
