Nicely hopped up Focus

As I have a 1:1 St170 focus, I wanted to do an RC version quite similar to mine.

Decided that with this project I would try to get as many hopups for the TL01 that I could find. Think I have spent many more times what I paid for the car in parts on this one.

It has :

Lightweight Chassis
Full bearings
Speed tuned gears
Carbon gear shafts
Carbon Prop shaft
TRF Dampers
Stablizer Kit
22x1 motor at present with ESC for this

I have a 13x2 waiting to go in, have tried it a couple of times until the ESC shuts off as its just to hot, car really flies with the 22x1 in there and even more so with the 13x2, so I am happy with this one and was a well worth project.

After I picked up a nice set of rims and built the car I decided it was to nice to wreck, so now its time to get another kit just to have as a display car in this same colour, and then another kit to have in the rally version :D

16/06/2005 : Today I bought some drift tyres for the car and a set of WRC rims to mount them on, going to do a bit of drifitng in the morning :)
