well being 30 today i thought i'd treat myself.
being as my LHS has a half day on thursday i had to go to my next LHS (30 miles away). I didn't get much bar 2 sets of shocks one set of of TOPCAD touring car shocks and a set of POWERS PENTAGON shocks. both sets look and perform the muts nuts!! The only other thing i came away with was a challange! you see thay heard that i had beat'n' my Local club's nitro car with a Tamiya M chassis (i'll pull my finger out soon and post pic's honest, with mybe the movie).
So news seems to have spread. Anyway this shop have challange me to do the same again only with there shop car.
and this thing flys so i could be in for a beating this time!!
But i'm not backing down on this so i've hunting through what i have for a good car that might just have a chance.
The rules for this challange are:
1: Only a M chassis car
2: As many hop-ups as i can fit
3: i can use a brushless set-up
4: it's drag race then some car park races (start at the bottom race to the top)
This i think is fare as the car i'm up against is a savage!!
So what car have i gone with? My Ebay junk bucket!
Thay have been nice anuff to let me get the car togeather
but i'm way off with the hop-ups and brushless stuff, so i might need some help here.
I'm still looking out for any M01/M02 hop-up's or any part that might help (the chassis still in a bad mess)
but at least the body's coming on nice!

How it should Look E-bay Bucket NASTY Just Love these TOPCAD shocks not much there bar a under tray and wheels downforce? well see

In theory, you could fit another motor, using the front of a M01 or rear of a M02. That's because apparently the front and rear sections are nearly identical.

I'm sure someone's tried it, and could help you.

Happy birthday to you Boog.

Have you thought about adding another half of an M01 / M02 to make it 4 wheel drive with 2 motors? At least that way the Mini would have a reasonable amount of traction! Good luck anyway, and keep us updated on your progress
