Finally....

Well 8 months after figuring I wanted to get a big rig, and buying the aluminium wheels and roof spoiler, I finally have my truck. I figured if you are going to get a big rig you might as well get the biggest, so I went for a 3 axel truck. This one together with the Knight Hauler and Aeromax has the longest wheelbase. But I prefer the retro looks on this baby and as I mainly collect older Tamiya I figured I would get the first truck Tamiya made. And crucially it comes with Blister Packs – classic vintage Tamiya! Technology wise its exactly the same as the latest Knight Hauler, as I got the Multifunction control unit to go with it. I’ve heard that these trucks are way over scale speed out of the box, so I am going to fit a slower turning motor from the off. I’ll probably save this as my winter/ Xmas build. The trailer is going to have to wait till next year, now which one should I get ……
