Inspired by Moosey's and Volksrod's Special Scorchers, I had to create my interpretation of that idea on the base of a Kyosho Scorpion chassis.
It has got Kyosho gold dampers and custom made aluminium rims.
Delux, the availability of Scorpion chassis was quite OK on German ebay, due to the fact that Graupner sold the in former times. Unfortunately the prices are a bit spoiled now.
Great build! I did one like this 25 years ago. I made a VW-style pan from aluminum stock to fit the Scorcher body and Kyosho running gear, and built an aluminum roll cage to fit. A little heavy, but nice - not as detailed as yours. Congrats.
