im not gonna claim i know alot about subaru's cos im not a massive fan...but i hear the main differnce between the P1 and the type R is that the Type R has been geared for a much higher top speed than the P1... but i could just be talkin s**t
It's actually greared really low... it'll only do about 160mph flat out in 6th because of the short-ratio box. The biggest difference is that the Type R has a fully adjustable centre diff, the P1 doesn't. The new WRX's all have them though
The RC is actually a 22B STi (The model they used for WRC). The Type R was also in black and yellow according to the information I got from Subaru. I wanted a yellow one but a bit out of my price range.

my favort older subaru, i perfer the 99 type r in silver but this is probly the same car.

yeah that's right, hence the fat arches. I love the 22b but I've never actually seen a real one
